漢鐘螺桿式冷媒壓縮機(jī)的冷凍油的維護(hù)操作說(shuō)明
1．潤(rùn)滑油的作用：
1）在螺桿與壓縮室以及陰陽(yáng)螺桿間形成動(dòng)態(tài)密封,  減少制冷劑在壓縮過(guò)程中由高壓側(cè)向低壓側(cè)的泄漏。
2）冷卻被壓縮的制冷劑, 油被噴入壓縮機(jī)內(nèi), 吸收制冷劑氣體在壓縮過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的熱量,  降低排氣溫度。
3）在軸承以及螺桿間形成油膜用以支撐轉(zhuǎn)子, 并起潤(rùn)滑作用。
4）傳遞壓差力量, 驅(qū)動(dòng)容量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng), 經(jīng)由壓縮機(jī)的加卸載電磁閥的動(dòng)作, 調(diào)節(jié)容調(diào)滑塊的位置, 實(shí)現(xiàn)壓縮機(jī)容量調(diào)節(jié)控制。
5）降低運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)噪音
說(shuō)明：壓縮機(jī)內(nèi)部潤(rùn)滑油系維系壓縮機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)之關(guān)鍵，一般潤(rùn)滑油的問(wèn)題有：
１）異物混入，致潤(rùn)滑油污染，阻塞機(jī)油過(guò)濾器。
２）高溫效應(yīng)致潤(rùn)滑油劣化，失去潤(rùn)滑功能。
３）系統(tǒng)水份污染、酸化、侵蝕電機(jī)。
２．壓縮機(jī)冷凍油檢測(cè)和更換：
對(duì)于系統(tǒng)廠商而言，壓縮機(jī)冷凍油的檢測(cè)和更換周期與其生產(chǎn)制程的工藝控制有關(guān)。如果系統(tǒng)的蒸發(fā)器和冷凝器及系統(tǒng)管路的潔凈度控制比較好，那么相對(duì)而言進(jìn)入壓縮機(jī)的污染物就比較少，檢測(cè)和保養(yǎng)周期就可以相對(duì)加長(zhǎng)。
